3-5 years of professional experience in recruiting, preferably in the field of IT & Software Development
Experience in active sourcing (e.g. using Xing Talentmanager and LinkedIn) and social media recruiting
Friendly demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and very good communication and organizational skills
Result-oriented and cooperative way of working
Affinity for social media
Time and desire to organize and attend external events
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
