We regularly organize internal training courses and workshops on various topics. We also support our employees in attending external training courses or exciting conferences. Our training budgets enable employees to achieve their individual learning goals and develop their careers. We believe that a well-trained workforce is the key to success and are therefore happy to invest in sustainable training for our entire team.
