With the newly founded Swiss legal protection insurance Emilia, we don't just want to serve a certain target group or "get a piece of the pie too", but we are planning to completely turn the market upside down.
We are pursuing the vision of enabling all citizens to have access to justice - not only the socio-economically very well-positioned population groups that have been addressed so far. And not only is the goal of Emilia ambitious, but so are the aspirations for our products and services for our future customers - by October 2022, we want to establish a new legal protection insurance and enter the market.
Our smart platform solution, which is the technological backbone of Emilia, will also help us to reach this goal. It is a platform that streamlines processes and, through the use of state-of-the-art technologies, enables fast services for our customers and increases our efficiency in our day-to-day work. This allows us not only to provide a better customer experience, but also to facilitate cooperation with our broker partners and ultimately save unnecessary administrative costs - and offer them in the best products with the most competitive prices to a very broad target group. Legal protection for all at a price you can afford. But that's not everything yet - it is a matter of the heart for us to be there for everyone. And this also includes people who, for example, suffer from visual impairments, reading or comprehension difficulties. We therefore focus on comprehensibility, simple language and barrier-free interaction and customer service in order to be truly inclusive and to reduce the access barriers for all citizens to a minimum.
Of course, all this is not just easy to achieve. The founders and team members of Emilia have been experts in the legal protection market for decades, but such an ambitious undertaking as Emilia can only succeed with the right partners at your side. It quickly became very clear to us that we would need a strong technology and marketing partner to implement the project. An experienced all-rounder who is able to question ingrained processes and alleged truths of the industry down to the last detail and think completely new. A partner who is not only capable of developing portals and software solutions geared to the customer, but also understands the big picture and helps shape the idea of an innovative cooperation and service model. And, last but not least, also provides the skills to help us develop a brand, external presentation and marketing concept to address a wide variety of target groups, some of which are complementary.

We needed a partner who understands and proactively implements. Right from the start, we were impressed by the passion and in-depth knowledge of the team and within a very short time, we were convinced by the first work results in the form of our own website, as well as the working methodology and iterative collaboration. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot has the flexibility to adapt to the complexity and challenges of the current start-up phase and to respond to our needs accordingly. In addition, Whiskey Tango Foxtrot offers us a very attractive cooperation model for both sides. This also allows us financially to invest more in the development of our technical core right from the start.
The partnership between Whiskey Tango Foxtrot and Emilia is very reminiscent of a creative process in practice: Like chiseling a sculpture out of a stone block: you have the result in mind, but it's still two-dimensional and you're peeling forward layer by layer. Sometimes you are surprised by a particularly hard layer and sometimes you need new tools along the way or someone to support you with new knowledge. In addition to the further development of our brand identity and our communication measures, we are currently building the technological platform for Emilia together and, in parallel, creating the organizational structures for the upcoming services for our customers and sales partners. In the process, we are always impressed by the profound expertise that the team members of Whiskey Tango Foxtrot contribute and the strongly pronounced hands-on mentality at the same time. Smart ideas are put into practice directly, transparent feedback is exchanged and plans are sometimes completely changed if an even better approach emerges or our priorities change. And last but not least: We are one Emilia team. The colleagues at Whiskey Tango Foxtrot are passionate about what they do. They have turned our problems into their own in a positive sense and put their heart and soul into finding solutions. In partnership, we create this company and thus implement the vision of Emilia together.
